1. Who runs this site
This site, published at my2brain.online, is operated by my2brain, a Brazilian company based in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil. In this text, “my2brain”, “we” and “our” refer to it. “You” means anyone who visits the site.
There is one way to reach us: contato@my2brain.online. The site has no phone line, no chat, no form and no login area.
These Terms of use take effect on October 13, 2026. By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
2. What this site is
The site is the company page of my2brain. It presents the company, a Brazilian startup founded in April 2026, and CHRIS, the audio assistant it is building. CHRIS is an active memory for conversations that need to continue, and it starts on macOS, on Macs with Apple Silicon.
CHRIS is still in development. The site does not sell a product, does not charge anything and has no public pricing or public download. You do not create an account and you do not install anything here.
What the site says about CHRIS describes what my2brain is building: how it works, the roadmap items and the assisted beta, with a first cohort of 5 spots. This is information about plans. It is not an offer for sale, a contract or a promise of timing, price, result or availability. The sample questions show what CHRIS was designed for. They are not answers from a product in use.
Writing to ask for a beta spot does not guarantee the spot. The beta and the app will have their own terms, which this document does not cover.
3. Permitted use
You may read the site, share its address and write to us at the contact email. You may quote short passages, as long as you name the source and link to the page.
You may not:
- try to take the site down, overload it or break into it, or test it for vulnerabilities without written permission from my2brain;
- use bots or scripts to copy the content in bulk or to send requests in a volume that harms the service;
- pose as my2brain, its owners or its team;
- use the contact email for spam, threats, fraud, illegal content or malicious files;
- present the site, or any part of it, as your own or as another company’s.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules, without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, layout, code, illustrations and visual identity of the site belong to my2brain or are used with permission from the rights holders. The names “my2brain” and “CHRIS”, the logo and the sphere shown on the site are distinctive signs of the company, whether or not they are registered.
Using the site does not give you a license to copy, modify, sell or redistribute this material, nor to use the names and the logo in a way that suggests a link with my2brain or its approval. Short quotation, with source and link, as allowed by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law 9,610/1998), is welcome.
The Geist fonts used on the site are distributed under the SIL Open Font License and follow the terms of that license.
5. What you send us by email
Everything you send to contato@my2brain.online is your responsibility. By writing, you authorize us to read the message, keep it and reply to it. We do not use the content for any other purpose without talking to you first.
Write only what you have the right to share. Do not send third-party personal data without a basis to do so, or confidential information from your company or your clients. Do not send recordings, transcripts or minutes of meetings. Email is for first contact, not for delivering working material.
The message does not create a contract, a partnership or any kind of bond. We do not promise a reply within a set time, but we try to answer every message.
How we handle the data in your message is described in the Privacy policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which handles hosting and distribution of the pages. The email buttons open the email program on your device, which belongs to you and to whoever provides it.
The site mentions macOS, Mac, Apple Silicon and Google Meet to describe where CHRIS is meant to work. These marks belong to their owners. The mention does not indicate a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Today the site has no links to third-party pages.
We do not control third-party sites, apps or services and we are not responsible for them. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is offered as it is. We do our best to keep it online and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be available all the time, free of errors or free of interruptions. We also do not guarantee that every piece of information is up to date.
To the extent the law allows, my2brain is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it. Nor is it liable for decisions you make based on what you read here.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Brazilian law does not allow to be excluded, including liability under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where it applies.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms of use at any time, for example when the site changes or when the law requires it. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its effective date at the top.
If you keep using the site after a new version is published, we understand that you accept the change. Relevant changes to how we handle personal data will also appear in the Privacy policy.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district of Brasília, Federal District, are chosen to settle any dispute about them, to the exclusion of any other.
If you are a consumer under the law, this choice of venue does not take away your right to bring a case in the courts of your own home district.
